Hi, I’m Rose, the heart behind A Cut Above Charcuterie. As a mom of two little ones under two, I once thought my career had to be put on hold. Between diaper changes and sleepless nights, I wondered how I could pursue something I loved while still being the present and hands-on mom I wanted to be.
Then, I stumbled upon the idea of a mobile charcuterie cart—and something just clicked. I’ve always been a foodie, even running a food-focused social media for years, but this was different. It was a way to combine my passion for food, creativity, and community while building something special for my family.
